We are looking for a Office Manager - 6 Months Internship (40 hours per week, fully on-site) (m/f/d), Berlin Your tasks: You will support the management office, including assistance tasks, ongoing scheduling, general research tasks and writing dictations in German and English You will be responsible for correspondence with our international offices, both by telephone and e-mail You coordinate appointments and meetings with our international team from over 20 nations Your profile: You have a high degree of management and planning skills, are an organisational talent and have a pronounced ability to multitask. You are a team player and confidently apply your intercultural skills in everyday life You are able to work under pressure and are flexible in terms of time and always keep a cool head even during a stressful working day Fluent English and German would be a plus Very good MS Office skills Mind that it is a full-time role: 40h/week!
