Job Description
Skills and Knowledge Grade 12 Administration or Logistics qualification Minimum 2 years’ experience in office administration Experience in Invoicing will be an added advantage Tech-Savvy: Above average computer skills – MS Office and Outlook (EXCEL intermediate non-negotiable) Speed and accuracy in data capturing Description of Key Performance Areas Assistant to Plant Manager Attend to calls, reception, visitors and/or receiving of deliveries Maintain office systems and ensure they are running efficiently and effectively Serve as a liaison between departments and provide administrative duties Manage the maintenance, controlling and organisation of office equipment and supplies Perform reporting and other tasks as required Behavioural Dimensions Required Responsible Deadline driven/sense of urgency Must possess attention to detail and be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Interpersonal skills – maintain good working relationships Excellent organizational and administration skills Ability to multitask
