We're looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Executive to join our Brand Communications team, working across both our iconic brands – Ann Summers and, our house of underwear, Knickerbox. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our influencer marketing strategy, taking ownership of the day-to-day running of our influencer programmes. With a proven track record of delivering end-to-end influencer campaigns, you'll bring creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of influencer marketing to the table – along with a genuine passion for our brands. What you can expect from the role… Manage our brands influencer content and campaigns on budget and on time. Grow our gifting programmes, recommending influencers and celebrities across all tiers. Be ahead of the curve through trend, competitor and broader market research to maintain market leading influencer activity. Source UGC for repurposing content across our channels. Ensure brand tone of voice and position is upheld across all market content. Foster excellent professional relationships with our PR, Influencer and Social agencies. Build productive internal relationships to deliver a 360 approach to influencer activity. Work closely with other key stakeholders such as the Social Media Executive and Digital Marketing manager to co-ordinate activities. Analyse, measure and report on influencer performance during and after campaigns to evaluate and inform on future initiatives. Manage budgets for the influencer programme, gifting and product placements. Stay updated on platform changes and industry best practices to inform strategy. What we're looking for from the successful candidate… An affinity with our brand and an authentic ambassador, with an ability to maintain brand tone and positioning across influencer and PR content. Proven experience within influencer marketing, content creation, and social platforms. Ideally in fashion, beauty or lifestyle. An amazing stakeholder manager and relationship builder. Excellent written communication, someone who can write engaging copy. Highly organised with a methodical and structured approach to work. Skilled in performance analysis and strategic thinking. Familiar with platform trends and industry best practices.
