Job Description
UWE Bristol policing team are seeking a Temporary Contract Graduate Intern to work with the academic staff on the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship on a project to develop, and/or curate video and media content to support learning outcomes. The project aims to develop a series of short films and characters to enhance learning experience for degree apprentices engaged in year 1 of the Police Constable Degree Apprenticeship (PCDA) The role will require you to: To develop video media content to create learning materials for the PCDA programme. To assist and advise the programme lead for the PCDA on media opportunities and structure to achieve the project aims. To build and maintain effective working relationships with contacts outside the team in relation to the media project. To plan and prioritise own workload as allocated to ensure that it is completed within agreed timescales. To solve day to day problems as they arise following clearly defined guidance in deciding how to resolve the issue. To compile information about the media material as a reference at a later date to ensure further development is possible. To work effectively as a member of the team, supporting the induction of new materials as appropriate. The team is made up of academic and tripartite staff, many of whom were police officers or practitioners from other areas of the criminal justice sector. Where is this role based?
