Vehicle Technician - Level 3 City & Guilds/IMI Qualified/MOT Location: North Yorkshire Salary: • Diagnostic Technician - Based on Experience • Service Technician & MOT Tester - Based on Experience Shifts : • Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 17:30 or Monday to Thursday 10hr Shifts • NO WEEKENDS Are you an experienced Vehicle Technician/ MOT Tester seeking a new career opportunity? This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Vehicle Technician/s across the UK to join established workshops and benefit from a competitive rate package. What you will be doing as a Vehicle Technician: ? Inspection, maintenance, and repair of vehicles to ensure road worthiness and reliability to DVSA standards. ? Use of dealer-level and generic diagnostic equipment to assist in time-efficient repairs. ? Perform repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards and schedules. ? Always maintain health and safety standards, working within company guidelines and safe working practices. ? Complete job cards, maintenance records, and associated paperwork to a high standard. ? Carrying out MOT Tests Qualifications and Experience Requirements for Vehicle Technicians: ? Recognised apprenticeship or proven work history as a Mechanic or Vehicle technician. ? Qualified MOT Tester (Class 4 & 7) ? City and Guilds Level 3 in Light Vehicles ? Additional qualifications in specialist diagnostics, electrical repair, mechanical repair, or welding would be advantageous.
