An accounting firm in George is looking to appoint a Financial Advisor Administrator to provide essential administrative support to its financial advisory team. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric Certificate Previous experience as a financial administrator Reliable transport Tertiary qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous) Strong administrative and organizational skills Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage confidential information with integrity High attention to detail and accuracy Key Responsibilities: Providing administrative support to financial advisors Preparing client documentation and onboarding paperwork Managing and updating client records and financial files Liaising with clients and financial institutions Scheduling appointments and maintaining advisor calendars Handling follow-ups on outstanding documents or queries Assisting with compliance documentation and checks General office and administrative duties as required
