What You'll Be Doing: Process non-same day online orders placed by customers on Arrow websites, assist with processing same day orders as needed. Ensure accurate and complete information on every order, manage order entry & maintenance processes. Occasional assistance/interaction with customers, greet customers in a courteous and professional manner, effectively handling customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain basic knowledge of customer products and/or services. What We Are Looking For: 2–4 years of order management and/or customer service experience; minimum high school graduate required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English. Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge. Ability to juggle many tasks at once. Strong attention to detail.
