Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to five years of experience in mechanical contracting, construction management, or a related field. You will be responsible for supporting and managing HVAC projects from planning through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing HVAC projects. Work closely with engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Conduct site visits to oversee progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Support procurement of materials and equipment. Identify and resolve project issues and delays proactively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 0-5 years of experience in HVAC or construction project management. Basic understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, AutoCAD) is a plus. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.67 - $57.69/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
