Key Responsibilities Deliver expert-level care in a Theatre environment Act as a clinical resource to staff and learners Lead staff development and mentorship Drive quality improvement and implement best practices Contribute to research and evidence-based protocols Promote clinical governance and uphold national healthcare standards Experience & Skills Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF Level 4) Registered Professional Nurse with SANC (or equivalent NQF Level 7 qualification) 12-month post-basic qualification in Theatre nursing (essential) 25 years of Theatre experience Strong knowledge of clinical governance, best practices & risk management Leadership, mentoring, and teaching experience Commitment to ongoing learning and development Ability to problem-solve and make critical clinical decisions in fast-paced environments
