For our newly established team in BeNeLux, we are looking for the next possible date at the company headquarters in Ahlen or remotely from the home office for a Customer Service Consultant (m/w/d) BeNeLux Job description THIS IS YOUR CHALLENGE In our internal sales department, you will be the direct contact for all customer enquiries in the sales process for the BeNeLux region. In close collaboration with the field sales team, you will be responsible for customer inspiration, new customer acquisition and long-term customer relationship management. In your role, you will be responsible for the competent and customer-orientated handling of customer enquiries along the sales management processes. This includes product consultation, order processing, complaints management and customer data management. In project sales, you will also be responsible for researching projects, calculating quotations and supporting the implementation of construction projects. You will be responsible for maintaining up-to-date data in the IT systems (CRM/SAP) to document customer data. Profile YOUR EXPERTISE IS IN DEMAND You have completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification. You have professional experience in customer service, ideally in a manufacturing company, and have a strong technical understanding. You are sociable, empathetic, solution focused and have excellent communication skills Language requirements: French and Dutch/Flemish English or German You are experienced in working with MS Office, SAP (or similar) and have experience with a CRM system. Your profile is complemented by a high level of service orientation, a hands-on mentality and a structured and independent way of working.
