FOH / Relief Field Guide

Duties: General administration, accounts and stock control. Quality control of food, food presentation and service Motivating staff and leading them. Excellent Guest liaison skills Have a strong eye for detail with regards to all lodge rooms, service & food Relieving Field Guide on his / her off cycles Requirements: Grade 12 Minimum of 2 - 4 years in Front of House in a 4 / 5* Lodge FGASA Level 1 / 2 Full trails preferable, or close to completion. Computer literate Excellent sales & customer care skills Strong admin skills Knowledge of stock control in bar, food & curios departments Good organizational skills Knowledge of reservations management systems an advantage Well-spoken and well presented Resilient & flexible Strong leadership and communication skills Must be able to work under pressure Manage guest delight events with passion
