Key Responsibilities As part of the operations and administration team, you will: Coordinate and streamline clinical workflows to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Collate and analyse clinical and administrative data to support process improvement Provide secretarial support, including scheduling, room bookings, agenda preparation, and minute-taking Assist with IT system upgrades and manage processes during downtimes Handle procurement of medical equipment and consumables, and process related payments Support billing reconciliation and patient administration coordination Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely referrals and financial counselling Contribute to ad-hoc projects and operational readiness initiatives as required Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Fresh graduates are welcome; prior healthcare or operations experience is a plus Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A proactive, analytical mindset with a collaborative attitude Comfortable working independently and within cross-functional teams How to Apply: If interested, please send your resume tothet@dhc.com.sgor by clicking the “Apply Now” button.
