Lead digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including brand awareness, customer engagement, and acquisition initiatives. Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to create impactful go-to-market plans. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to drive data-driven marketing decisions. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Oversee agency partnerships and media planning for advertising and promotional activities. Drive content marketing, social media, and digital engagement strategies to enhance brand visibility. Ensure marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines. Track and report key performance metrics, optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in retail banking or financial services. Strong expertise in digital marketing, customer acquisition, and brand management. Proven experience in leading successful marketing campaigns and driving business growth. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
