About this role The Aladdin Business is expanding rapidly, handling more complex client deals and strategic partnerships. We are evolving into a platform-focused business with new product launches and external collaborations. We seek a Vice President to join our Aladdin Front Office practice, helping sophisticated investors onboard and utilize our comprehensive investment platform. Your team The Aladdin Client Transformation team manages the deployment of Aladdin globally. Our implementations focus on processes and change management, helping clients achieve strategic objectives like streamlining operations, integrating teams, and modernizing investment processes. We build lasting partnerships with clients, supporting them beyond go-live. Your responsibilities Understand client objectives and deliver solutions using Aladdin capabilities. Engage with client leaders to redesign and deploy investment workflows across the investment cycle. Collaborate with senior management and lead Aladdin implementations. Create and manage project plans, coordinate resources, and lead workflow design sessions. Gain deep knowledge of Aladdin functionalities and industry practices. Support client-specific configuration, testing, and training. Assist in business development activities and support client needs. Manage client communications about product changes and configurations. Develop practices to improve implementation efficiency. Build strong relationships within BlackRock and with clients. Your qualifications 6-10 years of experience in investment operations, accounting, front office, or risk management. Strong knowledge of capital markets instruments. Experience in implementing scalable processes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including Japanese language proficiency. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Nice to have Experience with investment technology implementations. Knowledge of investment risk management and market analytics. Experience with platform integrations and project management.
