Job Title : Technical Support Engineer Location : Hyderabad, India Workspace Type : Hybrid Flexible Shifts : 3 Rotational Shifts Job Description : We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in technical support, consulting, or IT. As part of a global support organization, you will help resolve customer issues, ensure satisfaction, and gain hands-on experience across Microsoft : - Provide technical support to customers via multiple communication channels (chat, email, phone). - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft technologies including (but not limited to) Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and other Microsoft stack components. - Assist customers with problem identification and resolution by utilizing diagnostic tools, logs, and system knowledge. - Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when needed. - Document solutions and contribute to the knowledge base. Qualifications Required or candidates with 2 years of experience in : - Technical support - Technical consulting - Information technology - OR a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Desirable Experience : - Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform. Understanding of Microsoft technologies such as : - SQL Server - IIS - ADFS - Exchange - Visual Studio - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve issues Attributes : - Passion for technology and customer success. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment (3 shifts rotation). - Experience in an IT support or consulting role is a plus.
