About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned Bar Manager to oversee and lead the daily operations of our high-end bar and lounge. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a flair for mixology and loves to interact with guests. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire the bar team to deliver exceptional service and hospitality Curate and evolve an innovative cocktail and beverage menu with a strong focus on modern and classic mixology Maintain a sophisticated and well-presented bar at all times Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Oversee stock management, inventory control, and ordering processes Train, mentor, and develop bar staff to enhance performance and guest satisfaction Collaborate with the Food & Beverage and Sales team on promotional events and seasonal offerings Requirements: Experience in managing a high end bar/lounge Proven expertise in mixology, with a deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and drink trends Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and guest service skills WSET or similar beverage certification is a plus What We Offer: Be part of an exciting Company which is consistently looking to evolve and expand, offering plenty of personal and professional development opportunities .
