What You'll Do as a Recruiter: As a recruiter, you will forge and cultivate valuable client relationships by excelling in the recruitment process. This includes sourcing, selecting, and screening candidates, as well as overseeing the entire 360° recruitment cycle. Your role places a strong emphasis on responsive candidate relationship management and unwavering attention to client mandates, ensuring timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Participate in our award-winning Learning and Development training program, crafted by our expert in-house L&D team. • Engage in business development by acquiring and nurturing client relationships, relentlessly seeking new growth opportunities in the market. • Master talent acquisition: Source, screen, and interview candidates . • Efficiently manage the full 360° recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful completion. • Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, facilitate closures, and conduct post placement follow-ups. • Conduct market research by actively networking with candidates and industry connections, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and social media. • Stay ahead with market intelligence by generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and staying abreast of market news. • Consistently meet daily targets and KPIs What You Need to Succeed: To be considered for this role, you should possess the following: • A recent graduate with a minimum of a bachelor's degree. • Confidence and a vibrant personality. • A burning desire to build a career and excel in a meritocratic environment. • A strong work ethic coupled with a competitive spirit. • Confident and articulate phone presentation skills. • A sociable personality and a knack for relationship-building. • Self-motivation, ambition, and a target-driven mindset. • Willingness to relocate or already based in London.
