Minimum qualifications: Laurea with excellent grades; MBA or advanced degree is desirable; Proven experience in sales management within the consumer goods, food manufacturing, or food industry, with operational, commercial, or procurement background; Strategic mindset and strong leadership skills; Excellent relationship-building skills with colleagues, clients, and suppliers; Goal-oriented, high achiever, with strong analytical skills; Excellent interpersonal and verbal reasoning skills; Potential to advance to MD of the Italian entity.
