Business Change Project Manager (12 Month FTC) - Newcastle, UK Company : Tenth Revolution Group https://www.tenthrevolution.com/TRG Report To : Head of Business Change Location: Hybrid (typically 3-4 days weekly in Newcastle office) Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) Start Date: Late July 2025 Rate: Competitive, D.O.E Info: https://careers.tenthrevolution.com/why-recruitment/business-support/ Role Summary We are seeking a skilled Business Change Project Manager to join our team for 12 months, to cover a maternity leave. This role is part of the inhouse Business Change team, a PMO which combines project management and change management expertise to deliver a range of internal projects and programmes, directly within TRG (Award Winning IT Recruitment Agency) The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from initiation to delivery. You will engage closely with key stakeholders to assess TRG's change readiness and ensure alignment across teams on project objectives, expected benefits, and timelines. Your role will involve facilitating effective communication, managing stakeholder expectations, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities Project Management: Lead projects over the full lifecycle from planning and scoping through to execution and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Stakeholder Management: Work directly with senior stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into clear project deliverables. Provide regular updates and manage expectations. Team Leadership: Manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative, results-driven environment. Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal impact on project delivery. Quality Assurance: Ensure that deliverables and documentation meet quality standards and are fit for purpose Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation effectively, to maximise efficiency. Key Skills and Experience for BCPM: Experience: 7 years of experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, with a proven track record of delivering projects spanning multiple business areas, including technology and process change within complex environments. Agile Methodologies: Understanding of Agile methodologies, with practical experience in delivering projects using Agile frameworks Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to communicate with senior business and technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into clear and actionable project plans. Develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels, building trust to facilitate open communication. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills Cross-Functional Collaboration : Experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment between business and technical functions to deliver successful project outcomes. Desirable Skills Change Management: Experience leading change management efforts as part of project delivery, ensuring user adoption and smooth transitions to new ways of working.
