Job Description

Job Purpose: To enhance the knowledge and competence of employees through skills and competency development initiatives and training interventions and programmes in Regulation, Operational Excellence and Examination training. Education requirements: A relevant degree, preferably in Human Resources Development or Education. Minimum experience requirements: 3 – 5 years’ experience in the design and delivery of training interventions and programmes Key performance areas: To design, source and manage learning and development programmes to build the knowledge and competence of staff; To monitor the demand for knowledge and development services, identify trends and efficacy of the learning and development strategies; To liaise with divisions about their training needs and source specific competence and knowledge training services, as required; To build and manage a strong team and ensure adherence to all relevant human resource policies. Implementation and report on the employee induction programme; Implement and coordinate young talent programmes programs e.g., internships, learnerships. Manage, implement and the end-to-end employee bursary process. Provision of timely and accurate reports in accordance with business and management requirements. To assist in the management of the business unit. To ensure the proper administration, governance and risk management of the sub-unit
