Create weekly marketing emails to engage with current and target prospective customers Community Management & Engagement: Monitor and engage with followers in a timely, brand-appropriate manner. Foster relationships with current customers to strengthen loyalty and advocacy. Respond appropriately and timely to Trustpilot reviews Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse key social media metrics (engagement, reach, traffic, conversions) to identify insights. Prepare regular reports on social media performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement. Trend Monitoring & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with social media trends and new content formats, identifying opportunities for innovation. Champion creative experimentation and test new ideas to keep the brand at the forefront of the aesthetics wholesale industry. You Are : You have experience in social media marketing (Ideally 3 years) Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook Proven ability to create visually compelling, on-brand content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, etc. Experience with boosting posts and managing paid social campaigns. Comfortable using social media analytics tools to report on performance and translate insights into strategy. Excellent written communication skills and a keen eye for detail. A proactive, creative thinker with a genuine passion for social media.
