Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events, ensuring they are aligned with the brand's overall vision and seasonal product launches. Conduct regular market research to monitor retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity. Provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using KPIs such as sales performance, consumer engagement, and ROI. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively across campaigns, events, and partner collaborations. Develop and implement strategies to maximize the use of retail shelf space across key retail partners, ensuring our skincare and haircare products are placed effectively to enhance visibility and sales. Team management. You Are : 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sector. Deep knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and e-commerce growth levers. Strong creative instincts paired with analytical and commercial acumen. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
