Though boutique in size (around 250 people), the firm consistently punches above its weight, with a strong market presence and a collection of industry accolades. They are now looking for a Business Development and Marketing Manager to support specific practice areas while also driving firm-wide strategic initiatives. In this role, you’ll work directly with lawyers, partners, and leadership, applying your marketing and BD expertise to influence growth, enhance visibility, and deepen client relationships. Key Responsibilities Include: End-to-end management of high-impact client and prospect events, ensuring strong ROI and follow-up. Developing tailored marketing materials and pitch documents, and contributing to legal directory and award submissions. Collaborating with lawyers to produce thought leadership content, legal updates, and blog posts. Managing digital content across the website and social media to increase audience engagement. Supporting internal communications and promoting the BD & Marketing function within the firm. Using CRM data and client research to inform BD decisions and campaign targeting. What They’re Looking For: Solid BD/Marketing experience within legal or professional services (or media/tech-adjacent industries). Strong relationship-building and influencing skills. A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a commercial outlook. You may be an experienced Senior Exec ready to step up or already operating at Manager level. Why Apply?
