The Role We're looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to join a tight-knit, highly collaborative team that supports the firm's lawyers across key practice areas. You’ll work on a mix of: End-to-end event management (client-facing internal) Marketing collateral & pitch support Thought leadership and legal bulletins Web & social media content Legal directory & award submissions (light touch – directory work is largely outsourced) CRM best practice , analytics & internal comms This is a hands-on role in a small but mighty team (5 people), so you’ll be comfortable switching gears — from strategic BD planning to rolling up your sleeves with PowerPoint or social content when needed. About You This could suit: An experienced Senior Executive ready for a step up to Manager , or A current BD/Marketing Manager looking for more variety, autonomy, and impact. ✅ Experience in legal or professional services ✅ Strong relationship-building skills — especially with partners ✅ Happy to work across BD, marketing, and comms (not siloed!) ✨ Bonus if you bring sector experience in media, tech, or IP Why Join?
