Client Development Manager Leading Global law firm London based, hybrid working We are delighted to be working with this leading global law firm, who are innovative and forward thinking to find them a commercially focused Client Development Manager to lead their Emerging Business Partnership Programme. This is a unique initiative that supports early-stage businesses with specialist legal services, industry connections, and strategic guidance. This is a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and ongoing development of the programme, working closely with teams in the UK and internationally, combining skills across business development, client engagement, and programme coordination. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with programme participants Oversee onboarding, programme delivery, and internal reporting Support business planning and budgeting Coordinate marketing, PR, and social media activity Plan and deliver events and networking opportunities Represent the programme at industry events and identify new partnership opportunities Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations Candidate Requirements: Experience in a client-facing or business development role within professional services coupled with exposure to, or an interest in sectors such as tech, digital or life sciences Strong communication, organisational, and relationship management skills Comfortable working with data and managing budgets Confident managing multiple priorities and working with international teams Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded Equal Opportunities As a responsible business, it is important that we represent the diversity of our people, our clients and our communities.
