Graduate Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor - Prestigious Norfolk Estate Agency Location: Norfolk Contract Type: Permanent Our client, a leading independent estate agency and chartered surveyor in Norfolk, is seeking a talented Graduate Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and build a successful career in rural surveying. Position Overview As a Graduate Rural Practice Chartered Surveyor, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive rural property consultancy services to our client's diverse portfolio of clients across Norfolk. You will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the continued success of the agency. Responsibilities Conduct valuations of rural and residential properties Assist with Environmental Stewardship and grant applications Manage contract farming arrangements and compensation claims Prepare farm business tenancy agreements and licences Support rural planning and diversification initiatives Contribute to the sales and letting of rural properties Requirements RICS accredited degree or actively working towards one Strong rural background with practical agricultural understanding Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Proficient in relevant computer applications and software Full UK driving licence and access to own transport Benefits Competitive salary and performance-related bonus structure Generous holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements Full support towards APC and CAAV qualifications Engaging and supportive work environment fostering growth How to Apply If you are ready to take the next steps in your career and discuss the opportunity further then we would love to hear from you.
