Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Technical Sales Representative to support and grow our presence in the mining sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mining and engineering, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Recent graduates in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mining Engineering are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the mining industry. Conduct technical presentations and site visits to understand client needs and promote roller solutions. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within the mining sector. Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring optimal solutions. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to tailor solutions for customer requirements. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic sales planning. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market feedback. Requirements: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related technical field. Strong interest in sales and customer interaction. Ability to understand and explain technical products. Self-starter with initiative and drive to achieve results. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to travel to mining sites and client locations. Valid driver’s license.
