The Role As a Complex Program Manager for Financial Clients, you will manage all aspects of a high-complexity, uncertain, and ambiguous program to deliver desired outcomes. You will understand project interdependencies, manage risks, define governance, and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including C-suite executives. You should have a successful track record in end-to-end consulting, client engagement, and translating vision into tangible steps. Who You Are 10 years managing large, complex IT projects or programs, with experience working at senior levels within professional services, across various project phases and geographies. Expertise in the financial sector industry. Proven ability to engage with C-suite and diverse stakeholders, translating technical details into business benefits. Experience in portfolio management, business growth support, and leading transformation initiatives. Mentorship skills, expertise in cost & scope management, risk mitigation, and program governance. Knowledge of BI, data analysis, dashboards, and operational reporting. Ability to adapt in a dynamic, agile environment. Preferred: Bachelor's degree, PMP or PRINCE2, PgMP certifications, Agile and DevOps familiarity, vendor management experience, strong communication skills.
