Job Description Your opportunity We are seeking a Retail Specialist in the Retail & Leasing department at our Reggello, Italy office. You will support the Retail Team with new boutique openings, relocations, closures, and assist existing brands. Your focus will be on implementing retail activities and initiatives at The Mall Firenze to boost store productivity and performance. How you will contribute Manage communication with tenant brands, partners, and store leadership to foster relationships and ensure smooth daily operations, including organizing events and meetings. Collaborate with the retail team to achieve business goals and implement retail strategies. Gather and analyze data for retail reports, create performance summaries, update weekly metrics, and distribute relevant information. Oversee retail activities and new initiatives to support tenants, increase sales, and improve visibility. Assist the leasing team with on-site activities, store planning visits, and managing unit life cycles. Support the leasing process by collecting technical documents and presentations. Who you are A graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Commerce, or related fields. At least 2-3 years of experience in retail or store planning within a luxury fashion environment or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficient in software tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Office. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Autonomous project manager, able to prioritize and deliver results. Energetic, outgoing, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. Highly organized with excellent coordination skills. A team player with a positive, problem-solving attitude.
