Job Description

Duties Participate in managing all operational areas of the Club, supporting other Community Service Flight functions as needed. Handle assignments such as employee scheduling, counseling, procurement, program development and implementation, training, inventory management, discrepancy research, staff meetings, and complaint or incident resolution. Receive and record all incoming invoices, general correspondence, Transfers Between Cost Centers (TBCC), and similar documents. Maintain accurate filing of official Food and Beverage operations forms and correspondence following Air Force guidelines. Perform tasks aligned with organizational programs, policies, and objectives. Provide analytical, statistical, financial, procedural, technical, and operational reports related to the Club and other food and beverage operations within the Community Services Flight. Compile data and submit reports to supervisors for review and action. Maintain suspense files, contract files, regulations, directives, and update changes as needed. Prepare payroll documents for management review and approval. Support administrative tasks related to local national and appropriated fund payroll. Prepare labor reports for management. Create purchase requests and internal accounting documents based on management instructions. Occasionally contact Italian vendors or businesses. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements Complete a background investigation with favorable results. Work shifts covering evenings, weekends, holidays, or special occasions. Be of legal age. Possess or maintain a valid state Driver's License. Subject to pre-employment drug screening and random testing. Complete a pre-employment physical examination. Maintain current immunization records. Qualifications Open to everyone. Eligibility is based on the information provided in the application and proof must be submitted by the closing date, 05/28/2025. The area of consideration includes US citizens or NATO country citizens with a valid US permanent resident card and SSN, residing overseas with proper documentation. Applicants must already be supported members of Aviano AB. Qualifying experience includes paid, unpaid, or volunteer work that provides the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Educational substitution is not allowed for this position. Additional Information Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification for Selective Service. Resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for at least three years prior to employment. All federal employees are required to be paid via electronic funds transfer. Probationary period may apply. Selection is subject to hiring preferences and priority considerations. Additional hires may be made within 60/90 days after closing. PCS costs are not authorized. LQA is not authorized; Post Allowance is available for full-time employment.
