Operating in the context of services projects for the Italian Air Force, as EJ200 order specialist, you will support the Program Manager in fulfilling contract requirements according to the business plan and ensuring customer satisfaction. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Execution of Service Projects and order management, including scope, time, cost & quality management, ensuring coherence with contractual requirements, input in the company systems, and monitoring progress. Liaise with other departments and/or customers as needed during activity execution, in accordance with contractual obligations. Interact with the customer and project team to track deliveries, inductions, and repairs of engines, modules, accessories, parts, and AGE during the MRO process. Prepare contractual documents such as invoices, claims, and periodic communications. Prepare and negotiate quotations for repairs and support activities with the customer, in line with contract requirements; track progress and finalize financial milestones. Manage contractual communications with the customer. Support customer needs following contract requirements, including scheduled and unscheduled activities related to technical, maintenance, and engineering support; monitor project deliverables. Assist in reporting on program health, KPIs, risks, and opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements Master's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college. Relevant experience in military business and/or program management. Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Work visa in accordance with local regulations is required. Strong customer-oriented skills. Desired Characteristics In-depth knowledge, analytical thinking, and technical experience to execute policy/strategy. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Sense of urgency in handling issues and tasks. Proven ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills. Ability to create a collaborative network.
