We are currently recruiting for a Chef Manager to work with us. This position is Monday - Friday. Location: London Rate of pay: £40,000 per annum amazing benefits Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday - 7.30am to 3pm Key responsibilities: Lead and manage a small team of 4 Will be responsible for overseeing and producing a fresh on trend breakfast and lunch offering To develop and plan menus that are in line with client and customer expectations To be creative when menu planning and including the client and customers Pride yourself on food quality and hygiene standard Our Ideal Candidate: Good experience in quality fresh food operations Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage food costs and produce a healthy GP A Self-starter and forward-thinking chef manager who leads from the front Computer literate and can liaise with clients Working with Gather & Gather has its perks!
