This is a brilliant opportunity with excellent benefits including working Academy hours. This position also requires you to work during the Academy term time only plus 5 INSET days. About you: To be successful in the post, we are looking for a chef to work alongside the Head Chef and catering team providing a high quality of catering provision to students/staff and visitors to the City Academy. You will assist in a smooth operation on a daily basis including ordering, menu planning and costings. Developing the commercial business, coming up with new ideas and initiatives.
