Blue Coat Church of England (Aided) Infant and Junior Schools' Federation Springhill Road, Walsall, WS1 2LP Lunchtime Supervisor Permanent Main scale G2 £23,656 (pro rata term time only) 6 hours 15 minutes per week (1 hour 15 minutes per day 5 days a week) actual salary £3,436.55 Blue Coat Governors wish to appoint Lunchtime Supervisors to start ASAP. Blue Coat Infant and Junior Schools serve a multi-cultural community. Both schools have a strong commitment to high standards and a caring Christian ethos, the above roles support the schools with the supervision of children before, during and after the midday meal. Successful applicants will:- Be caring, patient and understanding, friendly and approachable with a good sense of humour Have the confidence to reinforce school expectations, rules and to follow the School Behaviour Policy. Work as part of a team. Be able to supervise the children during outside play encouraging sensible behaviour. Be able to follow the school policies and procedures. Understand the need for confidentiality. Encourage good table manners and assist the children in whatever practical way is necessary.
