CAD (Lectra) Pattern Tech / Menswear Gloucestershire £Dependent upon experience Immediate Start My client is a heritage, luxury menswear brand with a focus on formalwear. Ready-to-wear, made-to-measure, and bespoke collections are manufactured with the highest craftsmanship in the UK based factory. We are looking for a confident Pattern Manager, to manage the Bespoke and MTM business. Working with Lectra, you will oversee new patterns and cutting room. This is an ON SITE role, and you would be required in the office, 5 days a week. The Role: Create and digitise new patterns on the Lectra / Virga system including marker making and grading. Problem solve and work with operations teams Ensure Patterns and Markers meet QA/QC standards for factories. Develop and improve on sealing process and filing systems. Manage a team of Pattern Techs and distribute workload in the pattern and cutting rooms. Develop and manage reporting systems and present reports to senior management. The Person: Strong luxury product knowledge in menswear Confident digital pattern cutter and expert user of Lectra (or similar) You will be confident, pattern making, digitising, grading and lay planning and be able to delegate workloads. Experience with Bespoke, Made to Measure and RTW production. Confident leadership to enable smooth running of the department. This is a product first business, you would be working 5 days a week in a dynamic, collaborative, open plan office, a desire to be present and hands on with product is essential.
