Key Responsibilities of a Senior Mixologist: Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests. Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards. Working across all areas of the bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. Preparing a variety of drinks, cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences. Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests. Support the Food & Beverage Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and service excellence. What are we looking for? Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team. Exceptional attention to detail and guest focus.
