What Does a Service Specialist Do? As a Service Specialist, you will: Customer Advice: Provide guidance to existing customers and business partners on all aspects of loans post-settlement. Correspondence Production: Generate customer correspondence and engage in continuous improvement initiatives. Career Progression: Gain opportunities to advance into roles in lending/product, settlements, credit, or small business. Key Responsibilities: Offer expert advice and support to clients regarding their loans. Produce and manage customer communications. Participate in continuous improvement processes.
