Requirements: Minimum Grade 12 qualification Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English) Own transport and drivers licence Bubbly and friendly personality Eager to learn Computer literate Duties will include but is not limited: General administration and frontline reception duties Answering and referring queries Liaising and assisting with walk in clients / customers - being the "face of the company" Filing Ad-hoc duties which may be assigned Typing correspondence Preparing boardroom for meetings Office Hours: Monday Thursday: 08h00 17h00 Friday: 08h00 15h00 CANDIDATES MUST CURRENTLY RESIDE IN THE WESTERN CAPE.
