Comunication Specialist

The Communications Specialist plays a key role in developing and delivering impactful communication initiatives across Safran's Querétaro sites. This position will be responsible for producing, and managing internal communication content and campaigns in alignment with corporate strategies, supporting national partnerships, and enhancing employee engagement on the shop floor. Key Responsibilities: Plan, edit, and manage editorial content in coordination with national and managing partners to maintain a consistent and engaging communication presence for prioritized internal and external audiences. Execution of comprehensive communication campaigns tailored for shop floor engagement within the Querétaro sites. Support digital and corporate communications needs across Safran SAE, SLS, including editing and producing content for intranet, newsletters, and social media. Design and produce motion graphics, video materials, and digital assets for both internal and external communication purposes. Develop visually engaging content such as banners, brochures, and other communication materials to support business initiatives and campaigns. Monitor, track, and report key metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness, quality, timeliness, and budget compliance of communication initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with corporate and site-level teams to align messaging, campaigns, and communication strategies. Collect and report monthly data reflecting communication reach and impact as per defined reporting parameters. Perform other job-related duties as assigned to support the Communications department’s goals and Safran's business objectives. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Design, or a related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) in corporate communications, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong content creation skills for various platforms including print, digital, and social media. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools. Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment. Fluent in Spanish and English; French proficiency required (spoken and written).
