Job Title: Addetto/a al Controllo Qualità settore Metalmeccanico Company Description: Synergie, a branch in Padova, is recruiting for an important metalworking company specializing in sheet metal processing. Position: After an appropriate period of training and support, the selected candidate will join the Quality team and will be responsible for: Sampling inspection of parts produced in laser cutting, punching, bending, paneling, spot welding, and assembly departments; Verification of conformity of samples and new products before delivery to the customer; Supporting production departments in assessing the conformity of parts to technical specifications and mechanical drawings; Checking the suitability of packaging according to customer requirements; Interfacing with customer Quality offices to manage non-conformities; Drafting inspection reports for sampled items or internal use; Preparing statistics and reports on internal and external non-conformities. Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess: A diploma (including recent graduates) in a technical or mechanical field; Previous experience in manufacturing environments (preferably in sheet metal work); Excellent ability to read mechanical technical drawings; Good knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; Basic knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel; A dynamic, autonomous, precise person with good organizational skills; Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors; Flexibility in working hours and adaptability; Ability to build trust and collaborate with the department coordinator. Additional Information: The position offers direct employment with the company, salary commensurate with experience. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm. Location: Loreggia (PD).
