Job Description

Job Description The Risk Manager ensures compliance with the ITO Risk process and provides support to the Sales and Commercial teams from proposal development up to purchase order signature. The goal is to mitigate the risk profile of offerings and purchase orders related to GTE and CTS equipment, solutions, and frame agreements. Key responsibilities include: Providing guidance to Sales and Commercial teams during the entire bidding process, including coordinating Bid/No Bid meetings, Deal approval reviews, R2, R3 reviews, and ITO-OTR handoff. Ensuring proper understanding and implementation of BH Compliance Policies. Structuring and improving the global risk process in conjunction with portfolio evolution, identifying new risks, exposures, and mitigation strategies. Participating actively during the commercial lifecycle of opportunities by identifying key risks, developing mitigation strategies, and obtaining necessary approvals. Publishing periodic metrics to monitor risk trends and process adherence. Conducting process audits to verify policy compliance, liaising with internal and external auditors. Qualifications To succeed in this role, candidates should have: A Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Economics, Engineering, or Law. Desired Characteristics Experience managing and negotiating main commercial or technical offerings such as Frame Agreements, GTE, or CTS Contracts. Experience in Risk Mitigation Analysis. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively. Experience leading programs or projects.
