Partner with the best As the Operation HSE Specialist, you will manage daily activities on the Campus as the HSE frontline. You will collaborate with Operation Leaders and teams to reduce and manage operational risks. You will be responsible for strengthening our interdependent HSE culture. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting Campus HSE surveillance and monitoring (H&S and E) performance. Supporting the deployment of Safety Talks and managing Concerns/IDEAS. Revising Job Safety Analyses (JSA) and conducting Non-Routine Activities Risk Assessments. Managing follow-up for Management of Change (MOC). Conducting environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise). Supporting HSE digital tool management and organizational learning from normal operations. Acting as a reference point for Life Saving Rules (LSR) on the shop floor. Overseeing HSE compliance and supervision of contractors. Providing expertise in air, water, waste, hazardous materials transportation, product regulations (REACH, WEE, RoHs, etc.), sustainable development (CSR), and supplier management. Communicating with colleagues and the business regarding design and coordination services. Fuel your passion To succeed in this role, you should: Be familiar with HSE operations. Hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Have basic knowledge of HSE management systems, local HSE regulations, and international standards. Preferably hold an ASPP qualification. Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills. Be fluent in Italian and English. Possess strong teamwork, mediation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
