Job Description The lastminute.com Payments and Fintech Growth team is looking for a new colleague to add in the Customer Payments area. We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead key initiatives and drive strategic growth of wallet and vouchers. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams and foster innovation in customer payments and loyalty. The job in brief : Job Title: Product Manager (Wallet and vouchers) Working model: full remote from ES Team: Payments & Fintech Growth team Level: Professional Location: Spain Contract: Permanent – full-time (EUR 36 h / week) What your impact will be Define and implement the strategy for a customer-facing wallet Increase the use of stored payment methods Manage, innovate, and evolve the voucher product toward balance accounts Qualifications 5 years of product development experience in high-volume e-commerce Proven track record in customer payments, card tokenization, card account updater, and vouchers/coupons Strong strategic thinking and ability to define product vision and roadmap Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with agile teams (mainly product engineering) to deliver quality product increments quickly Analytical mindset with experience in qualitative and quantitative data collection, focused on customer-centric solutions Experience with loyalty programs is highly desirable Experience in the travel industry is a plus Additional Information Perks of working with us : How we work together : An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you’ll work with colleagues from 10 countries and over 48 nationalities) Shorter working week (36h full-time), with a half working day on Fridays Flexible start and end times, with core hours from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Possibility to work from anywhere for a defined period each year, according to local regulations How we learn together : Fri-Yays : half a day on Friday morning dedicated to deep work, personal growth, learning, and training or focus time.
