Internship Merchandising & Marketing Operations

Hey future intern! We are looking for an amazing Merchandising & Marketing Operations intern to join the Marketing Team in our Barcelona Office to start in July 2025! Ready to take on the challenge? Your Role at Weekendesk As a Merchandising and Marketing Operations Intern, you’ll play a key role in supporting merchandising tasks, creating analytic reports , and assisting with marketing campaign processes . You’ll bring a curious and analytical mindset, a solid understanding of merchandising, a strong interest in learning how to communicate marketing campaigns on an e-commerce website. Plus, you're passionate about technology and the travel world. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like: Merchandising ️ Participation in strategy & preparation of all types of Merchandising projects: merchandising update for our 6 websites, landing pages creation, ad hoc web projects, A/B tests. Participation in operational tasks to implement the merchandising on the websites for all these projects (with different tools and processes). Follow-up of results. Marketing Calendar Support Participation in strategy & creation of marketing campaigns calendar. Help to manage the campaigns, to reach deadlines, to make regular & quick follow ups. Analysis Monthly retrospective : Marketing analysis of all the month for all our countries and products to highlight important elements. Quick analysis after each campaign. Share follow-up reports to help teams adapt campaigns based on results. Always be curious about the results, share data with the teams to help them. Benchmarking Be aware of trends of other e-commerce websites (travel industry and any other industry). Follow up new products, new display, new campaigns.
