Join our client, a specialist oak framing company and sawmill based in the heart of the Cotswolds. They source British-grown oak saw logs, which they mill, grade, season, and kiln on-site for use in traditional oak framing and bespoke joinery. From timber selection to installation, they handle the process end-to-end — and they're looking for a skilled individual to join their growing team. The Role You'll be producing bespoke doors and windows in their joinery workshop, supporting oak frame carpentry both in the workshop and during on-site frame raisings, installations, and glazing. The role also involves contributing to technical design work, including: Creating design drawings and working sketches. Detailing specifications, material estimates and job briefs.
