What Youll Be Doing: As Area Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and uplifting the performance of a small but expanding group of nurseries. Youll work closely with setting managers, staff, and senior leadership to deliver outstanding outcomes for children, families, and teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead and Inspire : Provide visionary leadership and hands-on support to nursery managers. Ensure Excellence : Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and care in line with EYFS and Ofsted frameworks. Drive Performance : Monitor and improve operational efficiency and business outcomes. Develop Teams : Foster continuous professional development and a thriving staff culture. Communicate and Report : Keep all stakeholders informed with clear and effective communication. ? Essential Criteria: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification A full UK driving licence Proven leadership and management experience Strong grasp of financial oversight and strategic planning Confident in conducting audits and quality observations Excellent IT skills In-depth knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted standards, safeguarding , and child protection ??
