Learning and Development Manager

A growing, multi-site hospitality business is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead training and development initiatives across a diverse portfolio of pubs and inns. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and deliver engaging L&D strategies that support a culture of continuous growth, great service, and strong team engagement. What You’ll Be Doing Designing and delivering high-impact training and development programmes Leading coaching sessions and supporting leadership capability across sites Managing learning systems and creating accessible, engaging learning content Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and apprenticeship pathways Conducting training needs analysis to drive performance and engagement Championing a people-first approach across the business What We’re Looking For Solid background in L&D, ideally within hospitality, retail or a fast-paced service sector Confident communicator and coach with the ability to inspire others Excellent organisational skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset Willingness to travel regularly to sites across the UK A collaborative team player who thrives in a people-focused environment
