End Point Assessment Manager

A hybrid-based opportunity in Swindon is available for an experienced End Point Assessment Delivery Manager. This pivotal role will see you managing the full lifecycle of EPA delivery across a diverse range of standards, with a primary focus on the digital and IT sectors. You'll be at the forefront of improving quality, efficiency, and service experience, while leading and empowering a high-performing team. Package: Up to £50,000 salary per annum Extensive holiday allowance and other benefits The Role: Manage full EPA delivery lifecycle and ensure regulatory compliance Lead and support teams of EPA Coordinators, Assessors and Associates Build strong relationships with training providers and stakeholders Drive process improvements and implement tech-enabled solutions Oversee team development and performance metrics About You: Experience managing End Point Assessments Skilled people manager across remote/hybrid teams Strong understanding of Ofqual and apprenticeship standards Tech-savvy with EPA systems (e.g. ACE360, Insight) Effective communicator with a continuous improvement mindset
