The Social Media ContentCreator is a position in Travelzoo’s global Publishing team. Tasks and responsibilities Develop and execute social media strategies suitable for Travelzoo’s social media platforms, such as Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Create visually appealing and concise posts that showcase the brand’s story and message. Monitor social media channels for customer interactions, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to foster a sense of community. Maintain brand consistency by adhering to established content and communication guidelines. Competencies Sound judgment of what is quality and attractive content. Strong creative skills to tell a story visually. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team. Act and think in a smart way by keeping a cool head.
