Role: Growth Internship (m/f/x) About ChefCoco ChefCoco is the fastest-growing corporate caterer in Europe. Our 50-person team serves top employers like Audible, HelloFresh & SoundCloud on a daily basis. We are a profitable business growing quickly in a €100bn market, with over €3M in venture funding, backed by top investors including FoodLabs, Heliad AG, and many prominent founders & angels. As a Growth Intern, you’ll be embedded in our commercial team across sales, marketing, and partnerships. You’ll work directly with our Founder & CEO and senior team to help accelerate ChefCoco’s growth—learning how we win new clients, grow key accounts, and build our brand in Berlin and beyond. This is a high-impact internship for someone finishing their studies or recently graduated who wants hands-on experience at a fast-scaling company with the potential to grow into a full-time role. Your Role Support business-critical initiatives such as researching new market opportunities, preparing materials, and managing internal tools Help generate new business by supporting outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification Assist in managing current client relationships—responding to requests, tracking feedback, and supporting check-ins Help coordinate marketing initiatives, including basic content support, light copywriting, and collaborating with external freelancers or agencies Conduct market research and track competitor activity to sharpen our commercial strategy Your Profile Experience is not a requirement but looked at favourably, e.g. time in sales, consulting, investment banking, or startups where you have had broad ownership and solved problems from first principles Bachelor's degree OR Built something that displays excellence e.g. small business Native-level German proficiency—you’ll be talking with major clients and new leads Customer-first approach—you have strong interpersonal skills and listen actively to customers' needs. High attention to detail—you catch the small things that others might miss. High level of autonomy and ownership—you take initiative and see projects through to completion. Willingness to get hands dirty—you’re ready to step in wherever needed.
